Beijing targeting groups with no openly political agenda


Around 10:30 p.m. on March 6, Li Tingting, 25, heard a knock on the door of her fourth floor apartment in Beijing. At the same time, an e-mail message popped up on her mobile phone that said: "We know you are in there. Come out now."
