China’s sudden charm offensive towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Indian government can only persuade us to be cautious, but at the same time polite and welcoming, so as not to disturb the atmospheric. A similar charm offensive on the part of China was noticed around 2011 towards the ASEAN countries.
